By using the Baby Whisper platform ("the platform"), the user agrees to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the platform.

The company will not be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused to the user or third parties as a result of using the platform. Any damage, including loss of profits, data, or any other harm, will be considered the sole responsibility of the user.
Accuracy and Reliability
The company does not guarantee absolute accuracy or reliability of the analyses and information provided by the platform. The user acknowledges that the services are only meant to assist and are not a substitute for professional advice.

Baby Whisper is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. All personal information collected during the use of the platform will be stored in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.

Baby Whisper does not store voice recordings on its servers. All recordings are analyzed on the client-side, and the data collected is not shared with third parties.
